LETTER FROM THE SECRETARY GENERAL
Dear delegates, moderators, and directors, my name is Hilary Luciana Torres Sunción, and as Secretary General, it is an honor for me to warmly welcome you to the 2025 Internal Model United Nations of the Colegio Valores y Ciencias (Values and Sciences College). I have previously had the honor of participating in other MUNs, such as the Padua MUN, where I gained experience as a delegate, and the VC MUN as a moderator. Every debate, every challenge, and every lesson learned have been a fundamental part of my academic and personal development. Beyond the world of MUN, I am passionate about modeling, acting, writing, and practicing karate, a discipline that has taught me resilience, self-control, and respect. This event is an opportunity for us as students to assume the role of leaders, diplomats, and agents of change. Every committee, every debate, and every resolution is the result of commitment, preparation, and the desire to understand and contribute solutions to global challenges. Success in everything, so let's go for that hammer!

LETTER FROM THE UNDER-SECRETARY GENERAL
Dear delegates,
Let me introduce myself. I'm Natalie Espiell, Assistant Secretary of the VC 2025 Internal MUN. The first time I heard about a Model United Nations (MUN), it seemed completely new and unfamiliar to me. I confess I felt a lot of fear and uncertainty, as I had never participated in anything like it before. However, over time I became more familiar with the topic and found it truly incredible, full of learning, debate, and personal growth.
A MUN isn't just about debating. It also allows you to deeply understand a country's customs, connect with people who share our concerns and desire to generate change, and, above all, understand the problems facing different parts of the world.

Finally, dear delegates, I wish you much success in this wonderful experience. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Encourage yourself to participate with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to give your best. I'm sure you'll do amazing, and that this will be an experience you'll always remember.
