Letter from the director
Dear delegates,
It is an honor to welcome you to the Third Party Actors (TPA) committee for the 2025 edition of the VC MUN. My name is Amira Vivero, and I am currently in my fifth year of high school. I have had the opportunity to participate in several Model United Nations events, such as PADUA MUN 2024, PADUA MUN 2025, and VC MUN 2024. Each has been a unique experience that has allowed me to strengthen my analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills. Taking on the role of director for the first time represents a new challenge for me. The TPA committee is a distinct space within the model, where critical observation, communicative creativity, and the ability to impact through information come together. Here, delegates not only provide information but also influence the development of the debate from an external yet strategic perspective. For those who will be participating in a MUN for the first time, I want to remind you that every step is an opportunity to learn and discover new skills. Don't be afraid to make mistakes: the important thing is to get involved, ask questions, and grow. And for those with prior experience, I encourage you to become a role model within the committee, demonstrating commitment and leadership.
I will be joined by Flavia Delgado, who will moderate the committee and play a key role throughout the process. You can count on us to guide you, motivate you, and make this experience positive and enriching for everyone. I am very excited to meet you, read your position papers, and see how your ideas and reports will contribute to strengthening the impact of the TPA committee.
With appreciation and enthusiasm,
Amira Vivero Sugasti

Carta de la moderadora
Dear delegates,
It is an honor for me to introduce myself as the Moderator of the TPA committee for this year's VC MUN. My name is Flavia Fernanda Delgado Sánchez. I am currently in 5th grade at Innova Schools, and I am very excited to share this experience with you, as this is my first time participating as a moderator. I have already had the opportunity to participate in a MUN before, last year at VC MUN 2024 and this year at PaduaMUN. During the sessions, I will be in charge of managing participation and ensuring the smooth flow of the committee's informational work and, above all, guaranteeing accurate and relevant information. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions, suggestions, or simply need support. I am sure this committee will be a great opportunity to learn together.
With appreciation and enthusiasm,
